I graduated from the Citadel Clinical Counseling Program in 2015, where I developed a foundation in the Cognitive Behavioral perspective of psychotherapy. My post-graduate experience at a child advocacy and rape crisis center serving survivors of child abuse and neglect, sexual violence and interpersonal violence formed my trauma focused approach. I am fully licensed to practice in the state of SC. I have been in private practice since 2019, where I work with adult individuals focusing on mood, anxiety, stress and trauma related issues. I take a holistic, person-centered approach, applying specific treatment modalities such as EMDR as needed. I'm also interested in Internal Family Systems and mindfulness based theory and approaches, which I weave into my work with clients if and when appropriate.
