I am dedicated to providing ethical and evidenced based support to clients. My specialties include working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression. Additional areas of expertise include addiction, mood management, relationship issues, communication skill building and stress management. Treatment focuses on helping people engage in self-awareness, practice life skills, build meaningful relationships, and improve overall life satisfaction.
My orientation is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused Therapy. I also utilize a psychodynamic approach, mindfulness, and intergrated therapy techniques to provide individualized treatment for each client.
