Profession
I pull from backgrounds in mental health, fitness, and nutrition in order to provide comprehensive treatment for clients that optimize their well-being in all areas of life. I have training in modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, MAP, and IFS. Many of my clients present struggling with anxiety, out-of-control emotions, a lifestyle they are unhappy with, disordered eating patterns, and overwhelming stress. In addition to individual therapy, I offer group therapy, family therapy, and workshops. I am passionate about the mental health profession and help facilitate peer support groups as well to fight burnout and isolation in clinical practice.
