I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in the Daniel Island area of Charleston. I work with children, adults, couples, and families on a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes.

I founded Changes Counseling Center to give individuals, couples and families a safe and relaxed environment to become their best selves. I enjoy helping people of all ages work through life's problems, heal emotional pain, and discover methods and ways of thinking that can change lives.

I offer counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families. Most major insurances are accepted to include Medicaid.
As an art therapist I integrate the fields of human development and visual art with models of counseling and psychotherapy to provide art therapy services to clients of all ages and abilities. I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach that draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet each individuals need.
I work with a wide variety of clients to facilitate meaningful change. I specialize in Cognitive Processing Therapy and Prolonged Exposure Therapy to treat trauma and PTSD, systemic interventions for family conflict, behavioral challenges both with young children and teens, and group therapy.
